With 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, Kevin built his career at the intersection of cardiac care and advanced diagnostics. His tenure at Medtronic, St. Jude Medical (now Abbott), and Guidant gave him deep expertise in electrophysiology, cardiac rhythm management, and the operational realities of healthcare delivery.
In January 2021, Kevin and Holly Clifford acquired Caribbean Diagnostics, recognizing an opportunity to bring fresh energy and operational rigor to a company serving a critical need. Caribbean laboratories and hospitals remain underserved by major diagnostic manufacturers. Islands face unique challenges -- customs clearance, cold chain logistics, small order volumes, and limited local technical support -- that mainland distributors simply do not address.
Today, Caribbean Diagnostics serves 33 territories across the Caribbean basin, partnering with 56+ global vendors to deliver instruments, reagents, and consumables with the reliability and responsiveness that island healthcare demands.

New Ownership
Kevin and Holly Clifford acquired Caribbean Diagnostics in January 2021, bringing 25 years of medical device industry experience and a vision for intelligence-driven operations.
